Circuit / System Description
The passenger front exterior door handle switch signal circuit provides inputs to the remote control door lock receiver when the passenger front exterior door handle switch is activated. This input allows the remote control door lock receiver to detect a door open request. The remote control door lock receiver provides voltage to the passenger front exterior door handle switch via the passenger front door handle switch signal circuit. When the passenger front door handle is activated, the switch closes and the voltage signals from the remote control door lock receiver are pulled to ground.
