Circuit / System Description
The transmission control module?(TCM) high side driver?1 is located inside of the control solenoid (w/body and TCM) valve assembly and has no serviceable parts. The high side driver?1 provides the voltage for the following TCM pressure control solenoids and shift solenoids:
Line Pressure Control Solenoid?1?(PCS1)
Pressure Control Solenoid?2?(PCS2)
Pressure Control Solenoid?3?(PCS3)
Pressure Control Solenoid?4?(PCS4)
Pressure Control Solenoid?5?(PCS5)
Shift Solenoid?1?(SS1)
Shift Solenoid?2?(SS2)
Torque Converter Clutch?(TCC) Solenoid
This fault is handled inside the TCM and no external circuits are involved.
