Diagnostic Trouble Code Description:
Intake air temperature signal (T- MAP I6, IAT V8) circuit high input.
Temperature sensor element of I6 T-MAP sensor or Intake Air Temperature Sensor (IAT) on V8
DTC P0113 is reported if the air temperature signal is greater than the self-test range.
Possible Sensor Faults
Faulty or malfunctioning sensor
Possible Wiring Faults
Improper connection, incorrect Reference Voltage (VREF), T-MAP I6 or IAT V8 sensor signal shorted to VREF or Vehicle Power (VPWR), T-MAP I6 or IAT V8 sensor signal open circuit, Signal Return (SIGRTN) open circuit
Possible Module Faults
Extreme low ambient temperature, faulty or damaged PCM
