Fault codes p0480, p0481

Thermos not working. Fault codes p0480 and p0481 keep coming up. Checked relays all working correctly. Fans work. What next?

I was just wondering if there was any possibility we to have a section where we could find all the fault codes with its means it would be very helpful to all of us............Example U,P0.P1,P2, C and on fault codes.......

I dont know what is other members idea but, any ideas are please welcome...........
