VE series II / VF air con compressor help

I have a VE Series II with both clutch and ECVD connectors, but I now have to use Camaro accessories, including air con pump.
Problem is that the new Camaro pump only has just one connector that fits the VE clutch plug. No ECVD connector.
Using one of the two plugs it does starts for maybe a minute until ECU disconnects.
What is the easiest way to terminate the EVCD connector in order for the air con pump to work clutch only?
How can I run the Camaro pump on my VE?
