Downgrade IQ Firmware

Specific interior modification information for Holden Commodore VE and VEII Series Commodores, and HSV E1, E2, and E3 models

Hey guys,

A few years ago i purchased an IQ unit and installed it in my SS-V Series I Wagon.
As part of the install process, the firmware was flashed to latest version available at the time.

Little did i know that this firmware would affect the sound of the unit to the point where there is almost no bass.

I've just recently received a company car.. A Series II Omega wagon. The IQ in that car sounds WAYYYYYYYYY better than my SS-V.. I'm guessing its still running an older firmware.

Anyway, is it possible to downgrade the IQ firmware in an effort to get decent sound again ?
