Upgrading instrument cluster in VZ Adventra

On a recent long trip, I found the single window trip computer readout difficult to read, especially if tge sun was in the wrong place, Does anyone know how difficult it would be to change the instrument cluster to the three window readout?
I would also like to change the windscreen wiper switch to one with variable timing on the intermittent setting. Any suggestions?
