wk cluster into a vy

just wondering if anyone has wired up a wk(so essentially vz plug) into a vy before? got a wk cluster i want to put into my vy as i prefer the look of it compared to the calais

The VZ & VY dash clusters are not 100% interchangeable.

The VZ clusters will read the fuel gauge in reverse in a VY and I "think" there are a few other compatibility issues also.

I'll guess a WK cluster will be the same ?

The WK Statesman came out in April 2003 and the VY was still in production until July 2004 so there is an overlap of production - It's possible that a very early WK cluster may be compatible with a VY Series II: August 2003 - August 2004 vehicle but that's only a guess and I suspect it could be a waste of your time ?

A better option maybe to swap around the dash fascia and covers & etcetc from the WK to your existing VY cluster if that's do-able?
