VX Commodore change KM after buy a second one

Hi,
I have a lot of experience about European and Asia Cars to change the Km`s.

But with Holden I have now idea.

There is a NEC Processor and not a Eeprom.

Maybe there is someone in Gold Coast who has the GM Tech 2 to programming it
