5.0L & 3.8L FLEXPLATES SIZES

Does anyone have a 5.0L and/or 3.8L flexplate handy you can measure for me? i need the measurements across (teeth to teeth) & crank hole centres on the 5.0L plate. Also do you know what size converter V6 & V8 use. Thanks & cheers
