Any spark or just no inj pulse? I know VP immob is completly differennt, but was just a thought you may have missed

It sounds like there was an issue in the linking process. If you can try linking the bcm-pim-pcm again

Vehicle was bought from auction without BCM have fitted new BCM and keypad which have been programmed with tech2 BCM/PIM/ECM link also done with tech2 and security authentication through TIS and tech2, customer has also fitted new fuel pump as he thought that was the problem.

Who linked it ?
Sounds like as said before the immobiliser code hasn't been linked properly or a faulty ecu.

If it was mine i'd be with tech2 looking at all the data to see what state each module is in, if there is one which is not disarming correctly

check the basics
got fuel pressure
got spark
go injector pulse
if missing any of these then check power at the injector plugs
power at the coil plugs
power at the fuel pump

If the PIM has been replaced it must be reset in the original car before fitting into another car. The PIM can only be reset 8 times maximum as well. Did you use the correct security code for the car when linking the PIM? Also make sure the battery is fully charged while linking. (good battery, not an old shit battery) If you have done all correctly...Try coding another key. Sounds like the key or key reader may not be working.
