The config in the cluster wont match your car for a start (its setup for a 3.6L SIDI LFX engine). Thats why you get the ABS/ESP faults. The other thing is that Nav hasnt been enabled on the cluster your attempting to put in so its not going to fix these "errors" you say your original did. Nav wont even show at all.
How are you going to match the KM of your car??

EEPROM is completely different than my old cluster , I m trying to work that out ,
So this series 2 cluster can't fit in my series 1

It has to be reprogrammed (config and KM). Not just a VIN change

Ok , so I have to find the locations of kms and engine configuration . Ok is there any hint for that. EEPROM looks very difficult to understand bcoz 1st 3 lines has bytes r little bit tricky but i m on to it

A little bit more about that the cluster from series 2 it has 028048 kms on it and the hex value should be 7F BF FF FD as but in this case eeprom does not have anything like that I can tell there is no 30 location like the white back clusters has . Looks more difficult but fingers cross

Series1 and Series2 are different.

In all honesty, simply looking at the bin is not going to get you very far. Nothing is explained in the bin, so any one of the bytes could literally mean anything.

Thanx tazzl
So I need a tech 2 for that and permission from tis to do that
To find Kms I think if I put the cluster in and drive the car for 200-300kms then take the eeprom reading and compare then may be a chance I can find the locations for that.
Thank u very much for correcting me
