Yeah it's like divide this and that, carry the 5, times 4 add 3, minus 9 and should work ...... turn on dash and bang nothing's changed then sit back down and do it all again .Hehe

Yeeeeep. I generally figure most algos out through the old slog of increase X by 1 until I can see the pattern. Random stabs by manipulating the "desired" odo never works for me!

Its a bloody good feeling when you have some success though! Keep at it. I'm going to grab a VE S2 cluster to have a play with as I'd love to throw an e3 cluster in one of my cars.

Bugger driving!

Simulation all the way! ;)
Leave the clip on the cluster, simulate its 1km drive, read eeprom and repeat.

Could be 100% automated using a little bit of programming
Sooo.. If I wanted to do 1km/s.. that would be 60km/min... and 3600km/h :o

Ok.. thats a little extreme.

So, Lets say we simulate 250km/h... so thats 4.17km/min... which is 0.0694km/second. So every ~15seconds. I will need to stop, take a read and continue again.
Should be able to do roughly 220 reads/hr. And being realistic, 220 different bins is more then enough!

Oh my I'm not good with programming speed it would have to be done in a car and that's not going to happen.....
I have a few different bins to look at I'll keep going abit longer
