Lack of switching signals from O2S11 (Fuel trim limit reached) (I6 and bank 1 V8)
Possible Mechanical Faults
Mechanical faults causing incorrect fuelling I6 and bank 1 V8 (Note:- there may be multiple DTCs displayed that could have triggered this condition)
Possible Sensor Faults
Defective HEGO sensor. Air leaks around the sensor.
Possible Wiring Faults
