doubledip wrote:because the section to flash the colour is a different option... .. you chose the vin (in your case the correct vin) but you lie about the interior...... hence you get the correct vin to operate in your car.. and the colour you wanted

the vin states whether it is ute or sedan etc... so it sets the fader up... if you lie about the vin it will flash the OS to suit those fader specs and also flash in the vin

Shit, sorry doubledip, I missed this one ^ earlier in the piece......jezza jumped in with his big blue screen & that must of threw me off.

As I thought. Mine is blanked out now & phone comes through all speakers & I can not change it anymore. Does the centre speaker fade out, or is it disconnected. Also cannot adjust the T/A-Phone-start up volume either anymore.
cheers

NOW, NOW.....dd. How many times do I have to take it back to them? I have to tell them, not ask them. Even doing that is like flying a kite with no fucking wind. I don't think it matters if they are GOLD or the holden TOP technician (your mate) that comes out to fix the fuckups. None of them know what they are doing i'm sure & I've got proof!! Or is it because at 6.30pm it was too inconvenient for him to fix it properly, let alone the inconvenience they have caused me. Just look at my heap of shit since they touched it. Check page 126 of the hand book, it's all supposed to work. like I said supposed to work.

Yes but problem is. It most probably all did before you modified it by wanting different colour screen . If that was never done then none of this would be an issue right now Correct ??? Regardless of wether you prefer blue over red etc....

Also the gold technician is in reply to you stating that in previous post :)

As for you telling them what to do that would more than likely come from the members on here giving you info yet in the previous posts ( like the 2 to 4 speakers ) you were doubting my replies. Need to get you info all sorted before questioning etc.
