Custom Start Up Display W427

Hi there

I was wondering if anyone knows if a custom start up display can be created? I've got a dump of a HSV W427 start up display but I want to change a few things in the pictures. The guy who I got the dump off said I need to find the start of the embedded RL8 imagine in the bin files. If anyone can point me into the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes yes it can - Done it on both the 'S1' radios and IQs..
