Glovebox light fuse?

Does anyone know the reason for this fuse? Its stopping me from plugging in the glovebox light i just got. If i remove it and plug glovebox loom in it works fine, but i dont know what the fuse runs?

I never had a fuse in my plug so you have me stumped
