Please try to keep posts relevant, and on topic.

For those that know......How do I remove the power window switch gear from the centre console trim? (without cracking the trim) The trim has already been removed from the vehicle.

The power window switch just clips in to the gear shift surround.
Carefully dis-engage the clips around the power window switch (using a small flat headed screwdriver), and push the switch assembly outwards from the trim surround.
(The actual hard part is removing the transmission trim, so if you have gotten that far, then the rest is much easier).
