Still no joy at my end, was gonna start cutting and splicing wires soon,..
But if u know something that can help me out, will be hugely appreciated,..

What I plan to do in the next week or two is to cut the looms off a 2002 fairmont at u pull it, I didn't notice this before but it seems that the fairmonts use all three plugs on the cluster, I will keep you posted and will have some more info and pictures soon, if I could get hold of some more wiring diagrams like gruntly69 posted that would help speed things up

Yeah I got hold of the 3rd plug and removed all wires into it (bitch of a job).
But what I reckon they (Ford) have done is given each body style it's own color code, and then
used a different code on the base model, different again on XR6, then XR8 and so on,..
Because at one stage I had about 5 of those extra plugs, and not one of them was the same
colouring as the other,... Absolute mind f*ck,...
And chicks reckon us blokes have got it easy. :twisted:

Gday all from a new user...i'm having trouble with the pin numbers on the connectors, especially when it comes to moving pin number 19 to 26 R/H indicator and 8 to 23 ABS waring light? (colours i have got no drama with) counted I think 18 or 20 pins on the connector?
