Diagnostic Trouble Code Description:
Power Economy Switch (PES) circuit range/performance problem (Auto).
DTC P1768 is reported if PES or its circuit have failed
Possible Mechanical Faults
*TEST CONDITION PES was not in pressed during the Key On Engine Off self-test. re-run the test, pressing the switch as required
Possible Wiring Faults
PES signal is intermittent, switch fault, improper connection, signal open circuit, shorted to Vehicle Power (VPWR) or ground
Possible Module Faults
*AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
