Discuss Diagnostic Trouble Codes and Parameter IDs for the Holden VE Commodore, VEII Series Commodores, and HSV E1, E2, and E3 models

Hi there all, I've got a Pontiac G8 GT (VE Commodore as sold in N.America 2008-2009) they only came out as autos over here (there are a limited number of M6 in the up-spec'd G8 GXP but A6 was the only option in the GT) and I've just swapped in a TR6060 from a VE.
Mechanically everything seems ok but the computers are giving us hell. We've flashed in a VE Commodore M6 tune on the ECM and have a M6 GXP program on the BCM but are getting a C0277 4B thrown in the BCM. Gone through the basic diagnostics and the voltages arriving at the BCM look correct but the code is always being thrown and the brake lights are always lit up. Anyone dealt with this error before or might have some ideas on what to try next? Any help would be really appreciated as we're at a bit of a loss at this point.

Do a Brake Pedal Relearn with a Tech 2 or scan tool
C0277 is Brake Pedal Position Switch and the 4B is Calibration Not Learned
When ever you TIS the BCM you have to do a BPP Relearn

I have done the 5 speed conversion and a supercharger the DME is still AUTO but was remapped with an Manual tune. If I follow the instruction by changing the DME # and GM # will I loose my tune?

did a manual conversion in a 33gtst series 1 and now the speedo reads at 50 of what actual road speed is. Still have the auto cluster. had the manual transducer and drive gear that came with the box and loom. Would it be just a matter of putting the auto drive gear on the manual transducer?
