Diagnostic Trouble Code Description:
Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor (TFT - TOT) sensor circuit low input (Auto).
DTC P0712 is reported if the TFT sensor is less than the self-test range.
Possible Sensor Faults
Faulty sensor, moisture in sensor
Possible Wiring Faults
Improper connection; TFT sensor shorted to ground
Possible Module Faults
*AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION This DTC will cause default operation mode #5.
